An innovative leader who has identified the difficulties across the water market and now has a vision of providing the best systems and training out there. Paul’s vision is to help clients increase efficiency and quality/accuracy of data, subsequently increasing and protecting revenue and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Greig Ogilvie
Greig is an operational/process manager with broad experience in the leadership of teams, customer support, complaints and operations.
His experience in operations ranges from specific product knowledge and support, financial forecasting with a specialist knowledge and creation of data reports, with the ability to analyse, providing insight into large scale operations. He also develops solutions with a stance of identifying the root cause and working towards a solution to suit business needs and key stakeholders.
Greig has a track record of consistently delivering beyond targets. A completer-finisher, continually striving to deliver to a high quality. Experienced in interacting and influencing a range of internal/external stakeholders at all levels in organisations (agents, customers, directors and CEO).
Data Engineer & IT Consultant
Gary Kane
Gary has worked in the water industry since 2013 and has an in-depth knowledge of the competitive water markets in Scotland and England. His background in mathematics means he is passionate about problem solving and data analysis.
He has proven experience of working on large data improvement projects which include data cleansing and address matching. He has also worked within data migration teams, developing scripts to aid the process of the extraction, transformation and loading of data from legacy to target systems.
Data Analyst & Full Stack Developer
Andy Millar
Andy started in the water market in 2014 as an Analyst with the Central Market Agency, the administrator of the water market in Scotland. During this time, he gained experience working on large data projects, including cleansing large data-sets, data and address-matching, and analysis and automated reporting. He also delivered web-based data portals as a Project Manager, and built web-based tools to aid in many aspects of this work.
He advanced these skills in the English water market as a Senior Analyst, providing automated analysis and reporting, transaction testing support and writing software to meet the needs of various clients.
Andy is passionate about taking complex problems and providing understandable and intuitive solutions.
